Products

Are all products you sell new?

Yes. All products we sell are completely brand new and untouched, straight from the manufacturer or distributor.

What products do you sell?

We started out three years ago selling books. Since then, we have expanded to selling toys, games, electronics, and more, with additional categories coming soon.

Where do you get the products from?

We have relationships with major manufacturers and suppliers, some of whom are the biggest companies in the world and either produce the products themselves and sell directly to us, or through their distributors.

Our items are brand new and in perfect, mint condition. We ensure your products are completely untouched and of the highest original quality.

What does "coming soon" mean for new upcoming product categories?

"Coming soon" means within a few weeks we hope to have more selection available.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

After ordering, your order is held for one hour before being automatically processed by our system sent as a fulfilment request to one of our warehouses. If you decide to cancel, you can click the cancel option in your order confirmation email within the hour. After the order is processed, you will have to return the item unopened for a refund (see more on returns below).

How are some of your prices better than on Amazon, even after shipping costs?

Amazon and other major retailers have the advantage of being able to negotiate major discounts purchasing in bulk. However, they also face the pressure of making huge profits that small stores like ours don't. Because of this, prices on Amazon and other websites can actually be higher than you would realize. We have relationships with major manufacturers and distributors, including some of the biggest companies in the world selling their products directly to us, also at a discount, but because of the variety of products we have we are able to offer them for lower prices.

Do you ship large orders to businesses or offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we have a lot of experience shipping to businesses, governments, libraries, and other entities. We can send bulk orders of almost any size. To get a quote, simply send us a message with the item(s) you want to buy via our business information page, or contact us there with any questions.

Shipping

Shipping methods are selected at checkout and include low-cost, flat pricing.

We guarantee all shipments. In case of an unexpected issue with the shipment, such as loss or damage, you will receive a full refund of the full order cost, including the cost of the item.

What are the shipping options available?

It depends on the item. Books have economy shipping available (3-5 business days) and priority shipping (1-3 business days). Most other items ship economy in 1-5 business days or 1-3 business days expedited. You will see the options at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Economy shipping is a flat rate of $5.99, and optional Priority shipping costs $10.99.

Are some states typically faster to ship to?

We have warehouses at locations across the country which allows for fast shipping times that our roughly equal for every state in the contiguous U.S.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do not yet ship internationally.

Returns

We have a 60 day return policy for unopened, undamaged items. You can initiate a return by initiating a return via your account, via the return link in your email, or by contacting us. Because we guarantee all shipments, in case of an issue with your order, the return cost is free.

Why can't I return opened items?

We are a small store and are constantly doing our best to serve our customers and keep our prices low. Having to deal with opened items would simply not be an option for us, as we'd have to discard these items when they come to us. If an item arrives to us that has clearly been opened and used, like a board game, we will charge a restocking fee to cover part of the cost of discarding the item.

Where do I return orders?

We have multiple return locations; once you initiate a return, you can select the location closest to you.

Is there a return shipping fee?

At this time, there is no return shipping fee.

Our store is located in Washington state, with warehouses distributed across the country for faster shipping speeds.

Are you located in the U.S. only?

Yes, we are only located in the U.S. We are based in Washington State but have warehouses at different locations across the country to allow for faster shipping times.

Do you have a retail store?

As of right now, we only sell online.

I saw Big Name Books on Amazon, are they related to you?

Big Name Books is our partner and sister site but is separate from us. You can visit them at bignamebooks.com or their Amazon store.
