We offer one or two shipping speeds for most categories of items.

All items typically are delivered in 1-2 business days at no cost. Order delivery times are displayed at checkout. There may be an extra day added if you order later in the day and miss the shipment cutoff for that day (meaning an order placed on a Monday night might arrive that Thursday, not on Wednesday, if placed too late in the day).

Because we have warehouses in locations across the U.S., these shipping speeds are standard regardless of your location in the contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii may have longer shipping times.

We guarantee all shipments.

In case of an unexpected issue with the shipment, such as loss or damage, you will receive a full refund of the order cost, including the shipping cost of the item(s).

We have a 60 day return policy for unopened, undamaged items. Because we guarantee all shipments, in case of an issue with your order, the return cost is free. Elective returns are free at this time as well.

We have multiple return locations; once you initiate a return, you can select the location your prefer or choose the automatically selected closest location.
